Payments, scope and revisions

Fees, payment schedule, deliverables, revision limits and project timelines are confirmed before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate.

Third-party services

External platforms and services are governed by their own terms and availability. Advertising budgets, paid plugins, domains, hosting and subscriptions are separate unless explicitly stated in writing.

Professional conduct

We aim to communicate respectfully, protect confidential project information, and raise risks or delays promptly.
